She specializes in healing modalities and strategies that help individuals recognize their inherent power to create positive change in their lives, be happy and feel good. Today Lauren
draws upon almost 20 years of experience in the healing arts and specializes in self improvement strategies, hypnotherapy/EFT, Reiki/energetic bodywork/massage and movement education. She finds great value in all the services she provides and knows when she works with people it affects them on a profound energetic level.
Lauren is a a natural born entrepreneur with a green thumb. She believes that mother nature is the best healer of all. She enjoys networking within a community that supports health education, conscious wellness, spirituality and the creative arts.

There is complete confidentiality with adherence to the Ethical Guidelines of the American Counseling Association regarding conduct of counseling therapists. Hypnotherapists are not licensed by the state of CA. Some issues may require psychological or medical referrals.
