This class will consist of practicing yoga, meditation, guided imagery, breath and body awareness. We will work to reinforce your intentions for 2010 on a deep energetic level.

This class will consist of practicing gentle yoga, meditation, guided imagery, breath and body awareness, and other tools that energize the innate wisdom and well-being of the body.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and additional pillows or props. Dress comfortably for movement.
About the instructor:
Lauren Nicole Mills draws upon her expertise as a professional clinical hypnotherapist, yoga practitioner and massage therapist to facilitate an experience that balances and strengthens the brain, body and emotions. She recognizes the infinite benefits we receive when we taking the time to focus within and on what we truly wants in life. She structures this class as a quick and effective method to help individuals tap into their unlimited potential to feel great and be happy.
